This was our 3rd year of family camp at Fort Wilderness. Anna and Grant talk about Fort all year long and how they can't wait to go back. The moment we got to our cabin they jumped out and asked to go exploring. I love that I can say "yes" without reservation. Off they go until the next meal. It's a great place for them to be independent and gain confidence. Jeremy and I each had a chance to do something with the 3 kids individually..so fun. And of course lots of "family time" at family camp!
On the hay wagon for a horse drawn ride out to Wranglers Breakfast.
Looking at the fish after feeding them bread.
Rifle made at the wood shop.

It was a hot week. Lots of time at the waterfront.
That's Jeremy on the rope swing...
Kidus loves the water.
Outside the Nature center after one of the many classes Anna took.
Bruce and Princess...Nurse sharks. Nature class on sharks was Grant's favorite.
No one can make Kidus laugh like one of his siblings.
Grant lost one of his front teeth...it had been dangling by a thread for about a week!
The sandbox and playground is where Kidus spent much of his time.
The craft shop was a hit!
Love to see them working together.
This mama's favorite pastime.
Anna's first snorkeling experience. She was a little worried about the fish nibbling her toes!
Love that smile...
New friends.
Lots of friends. These girls provided us with campfire entertainment!
We had a great week and are thankful for the opportunity to have so many experiences together at Fort.
