Grace

Grant has a dear little friend, Grace.  Grace's mom delivered Anna at birth and was supposed to deliver Grant, but ended up having Grace two days before Grant was born.  We shared time in the hospital together with our babies.  Grant and Grace have had this little bond between them.  Both are always so excited to play together and be silly. 

This coming week Grace and her mom will be moving. Moving for happy reasons.  But transition is never easy.  These two sweet almost 5 year olds will miss each other.  Grace wanted to know today as we were saying goodbye if Grant could come to her new house for a play date next week.  Being 3+ hours away doesn't make for easy play dates.  However, with some advance planning we will connect.  Grace especially wants to meet little Kidus when he comes home.  We will make that happen.

These two started together in the hospital and have been friends ever since.  We'll miss you Grace!
